SMS Terms

These terms cover text messages from Lucid Pour, a mother-and-daughter mobile bar serving Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas. By agreeing to receive our texts, you agree to these terms.
Lucid Pour text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
What we send
Event and booking messages
Replies to your enquiry, availability checks, quotes, reminders and event-day details such as arrival and setup times.
Promotional messages (optional)
Offers, like our launch discounts, and news about booking availability. You’ll only get these if you tick the separate, optional box agreeing to promotional texts.
How you sign up
You agree to receive texts by entering your mobile number on our enquiry form at lucidpour.com and ticking the consent box for the messages you want. Neither box is ticked for you, and you don’t need to tick either one to send an enquiry or book with us.
How often
Event and booking messages depend on your enquiry and event, usually a few texts while we plan together. Promotional messages are sent no more than four times a month.
Cost
Lucid Pour doesn’t charge for text messages. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message at any time. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT. We’ll send one text confirming you’ve opted out, and then you won’t get any more texts from us unless you sign up again. To only stop promotional texts, email hello@lucidpour.com.

Reply HELP to any message, or email hello@lucidpour.com.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts are available on major US carriers.
Who can sign up
You must be 18 or older and the account holder of the mobile number you give us, or have the account holder’s permission.
Your privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Read our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll post changes here and update the effective date at the top.
