Drink in
theDream

You have enough to do. Pouring for ninety people should not be on the list.

The bit everyone asks about

You buy the booze.
We do everything else.

It sounds like less. It is emphatically more. You buy at retail instead of paying a vendor’s markup, you keep every bottle that stays sealed, and you decide what goes on your bar.

Then we send a shopping list so specific it borders on bossy, and turn up with everything that is not alcohol.

See how it works

The bottles you bought, and the list we sent

Four steps. No surprises.

  1. 01

    We talk

Guest count, venue, timeline, and what you actually like to drink. You leave knowing exactly what your bar will look like.

  2. 02

    You get a list

Bottle by bottle, sized to your headcount. Buy it anywhere you like. You will not over-buy, and whatever stays sealed is yours.

  3. 03

    We bring the rest

Bar, bartenders, mixers, garnish, ice, tools, glassware. We arrive early, we set up properly, and we leave it spotless.

  4. 04

    You get the numbers

We track what was poured and tell you afterwards. No mystery, no shrug, no 'somewhere around'.

Weddings

Your planner has a timeline and your designer has a palette. We work inside both, and we do not improvise on your day.

Holiday parties, launches, client dinners. Sharp presentation, honest counts, and an invoice your finance team will not query.

Engagements, reunions, launches, housewarmings. If people are coming and drinks are involved, that is our whole job.

Investment

Events begin at $900

No tiers, no brackets you accidentally fall into. Every event is priced from what it actually takes to run it properly.

Guest-facing hours. Setup and breakdown sit outside this.

Typically in the region of

$2,200 – $2,700

2 bartenders and 2 support staff for 80 guests

An estimate, not a quote. The real number depends on your venue, your drinks and your timeline — which is what the consultation is for. Gratuity and sales tax sit on top. Every Lucid Pour event begins at $900.

For planners & venues

A collaborator,
not a staffing line.

We read the design concept before we build the bar, we hit the run of show, and there is a system behind every part of it.

Work with us
  • A written consultation workflow and client questionnaire
  • Bottle-by-bottle shopping lists, sized properly
  • Trained, uniformed staff briefed before doors
  • Drink-count tracking and post-event reporting
  • Load-in and breakdown timed to your run of show
  • We read the design concept before we build the bar

Who we are

Beth & Rebecca

A mother and a daughter. That is not a cute detail on an about page — it is why the service is what it is.

Beth brings decades of event experience and an eye for how a room should look and move. Rebecca brings the hospitality half: reading a crowd, pacing a bar, and making a guest feel looked after rather than processed.

We would rather be the vendor your planner is relieved to see on the list than the cheapest one on it.

Questions

The ones everyone asks

Wait — we buy the alcohol?
You do, and it saves you money. Texas licensing makes vendor-supplied alcohol expensive, and you would be paying a markup on every bottle. You buy at retail, you keep whatever stays sealed, and we tell you exactly what to get so you do not over-buy.
So what are we paying you for?
The bar, the people, and fifteen years of knowing how many limes ninety guests actually get through. Plus every mixer, tool, garnish and glass, the ice plan, setup, service, breakdown, and the counts at the end.
How much is this going to be?
Events begin at $900. Beyond that it depends on your guest count and hours, which is what the estimate above is for. No packages, no brackets you accidentally fall into.
How far will you travel?
Across DFW as standard, further with a travel add-on. Tell us the venue and we will confirm.
How far ahead should we book?
For a Saturday in peak season, as early as you can bear. For everything else, ask — we will tell you honestly whether the date works.
What if nobody drinks much?
Good. That is what the zero-proof menu is for, and you keep the unopened bottles either way.
