Privacy Policy

Effective September 12, 2026

Lucid Pour is a mother-and-daughter mobile bar serving Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas. This policy explains what we collect when you visit lucidpour.com, send us an enquiry, or receive emails and text messages from us, and what we do with it. We don’t sell your information. Questions? Email hello@lucidpour.com.

What we collect

  • What you tell us on our forms: your name, email address and phone number, plus event details such as date, location, timing, guest count, event type, drink preferences and anything else you choose to share.
  • Messages: emails and text messages you send us and we send you.
  • Booking records: quotes, contracts, invoices and payment records. Payments are handled by our payment providers; we don’t store full card numbers.
  • How you use the website: pages viewed, the device and browser you use, your approximate location (city level) and how you found us, collected through cookies. See Cookies below.

How we use it

  • To answer your enquiry, check our availability, prepare a quote and plan your event.
  • To send you emails and text messages about your enquiry, booking and event.
  • To send offers and news by email or text, only if you’ve agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.
  • To understand how people use our website so we can improve it.
  • To keep the business records the law requires, such as tax records.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send you two kinds of messages:

  • Event and booking messages about your enquiry, availability, quotes, reminders and event-day details.
  • Promotional messages, such as offers and booking news, only if you tick the separate, optional box agreeing to them.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of booking with us. Full details are in our SMS Terms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and the platforms that deliver our messages, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that help us run the business, and only so they can provide that service to us:

  • 17hats: our client management system, which runs our enquiry forms and sends our emails, text messages, quotes and invoices.
  • DreamHost: hosts our website and our email.
  • Google: Google Analytics, which measures website visits, and reCAPTCHA, which keeps spam out of our forms. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

With your permission, or when it’s needed to deliver your event, we may share details with your venue or planner. We may also disclose information when the law requires it. We never sell your information, and we never share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We use them to count visits and see what’s working, and the forms on our site use them to work properly and stop spam.

We also save two small notes in your browser’s storage. They aren’t cookies and aren’t sent to anyone: one remembers that you closed our launch offer, so it stays closed for 14 days, and one remembers that you’ve seen our opening animation until you close the tab.

Your cookie choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can stop Google Analytics measuring your visits with Google’s opt-out browser add-on. Our website works without analytics cookies, but our forms may not work if their cookies are blocked.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to answer and follow up. If you book, we keep your booking records for as long as the law requires, usually up to seven years for tax purposes. Google Analytics data is kept for no longer than 14 months.

Keeping it safe

Our website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we only use reputable service providers. No method of sending or storing information is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect yours.

Your choices

  • Ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@lucidpour.com.
  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link at the bottom of any of them.
  • Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts.

Age

Our services are for adults, and alcohol is only served to guests 21 and over. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the effective date at the top.
